“So, how do I prepare for jobs of the future?” This is a question that is understandably on the minds of many young people.
The new mantra for me was that I am going to focus on experiences rather than material things. My life’s tune became, I do not need anything new. 2020 with all its woes confirmed the value of this tune.
I focus on navigating career direction rather than discovering purpose. Reflecting on a question such as, what you would like to do now or next? is so much easier than, what is your purpose or passion? My direction is clear and guided by my objectives, core values and vision. What do you think?
